摘要
对聚丙烯酰胺的N 羟甲基化及氨基化过程进行了探讨 ,研究了工艺条件对羟甲基化率和氨基化率的影响。结果表明 ,聚丙烯酰胺的羟甲基化在酸性条件下反应时 ,不仅反应速率慢 ,羟甲基化率低 ,而且易于发生交联反应而产生凝胶。氨基化反应温度高于 5 5℃时 ,最终产物的溶解性明显下降。在甲醛与聚丙烯酰胺的摩尔比为 1∶1.1、二甲胺与聚丙烯酰胺的摩尔比为 1∶1.2、反应温度为 5 0℃、反应体系的pH值为 11时 ,产物的氨化率达 5 0
N hydroxymethylation and amination of polyacrylamide were studied, and the effects of process conditions on the rate of hydroxymethyl group and amino group combined on polyacrylamide were investigated. The results show that as to the N hydroxymethylation under acidic condition, not only the reaction rate is slow and the combining rate of hydroxymethyl group is lower, but also the crosslinking reaction is generated; as to the amination, when the reaction temperature is higher than 55 ℃, the solubility of the product become bad markedly; under the conditions of formaldehyde/polyacrylamide(mol ratio)= 1∶1.1, dimethylamine/polyacrylamide(mol ratio)= 1∶1.2, t = 50 ℃, pH= 11, the combining rate of amino group is higher than 50%.
