摘要
以甲苯 异丙醇 水 (体积比为 40∶5 9.5∶0 .5 )作为溶剂 ,采用电导滴定法测定油品的酸值。研究了操作条件对测定结果的影响 ,并与指示剂滴定法及电位滴定法进行了比较。结果表明 :不同种类的溶剂对测定结果影响较大 ,而加热回流时间对测定结果影响不大。该法相对标准偏差小于 1% ,操作简单 。
The acid value of petroleum products was determined by conductometric titration in the mixed solvents of teluene(40%), isopropyl alcohol(59.5%) and water(0.5%). The effects of operation conditions were preliminarily discussed, and this method was compared with the potentiometric titration and indicator titration.The experimental results show that different solvents have great influence on the acid value, but heating time has no effects. This method is handy, dependable and could be applied to various petroleum products. Its relative standard deviation is smaller than 1%.
