摘要
从WTO的基本原则谈起 ,阐述“入世”后给我国涂料、涂装业带来的影响 ,指出目前的现状和存在问题 ,提出应从提高整体素质入手 ,加快机制改革 ,在服务上下功夫。
From the fundamentals of WTO, this article summarized the influences of 'Entrance' on our coatings industry, the current situation and the existing problems. The whole quality is to be improved first; mechanism innovation needs to be speeded up and services must be strengthened.
