摘要
在塑料袋中进行葡萄绿枝扦插育苗试验 ,结果表明 ,用 5 0 0~ 80 0mg/kgABT2号生根粉速蘸插条基部 ,插条成活率达 90 %~ 95 % ,明显高于对照 ;以炉灰渣、炼山沙和锯末为扦插基质的插条成活率为 96%~ 1 0 0 % ,明显高于细河沙 ;带副梢插条成活率、苗高及苗粗均优于不带副梢插条 ;塑料袋绿枝扦插苗的移栽成活率和苗木质量优于裸根移栽苗。
The seedling growing experiment of greenwood cutting in nutrition bag of grape was carried out. The results show that the survival rate of cutting leaves reaches 90%~95% after the base of the cutting leaves was dipped in 500~800 mg/kg ABT2 quickly and it's obviously higher than the control. When using the residues of stove ashes, smelt hill sand and sawdust as the basic cutting materials, the survival rate of cutting leaves is 96%~100% and it's obviously higher than the fine river sand. The survival rate of cutting leaves, the height and the thickness of seedlings with laterial shoots are better than those without laterial shoots. Also, the survival rate of greenwood cutting seedlings transplanted in nutrition bags and the quality of seedlings are better than those bare-rooting transplanting seedlings.
