羟基乙叉二膦酸(商品名HEDP)是一种优良的兼具阻垢和缓蚀作用的水处理剂。以三氯化磷和乙酸酐为原料,经三氯化磷水解、乙酰化、再水解制备了HEDP,三步总收率95.5％。

1 - Hydroxyethylidene - 1,1 - diphosphonic acid(HEDP) was a good chemical for water treatment. It worked as scale inhibitor and corrosion inhibitor. In this paper, HEDP was prepared from phosphorus trichloride and acetic anhydride by hydrolysis, acetylation and hydrolysis. The total yield of the three reactions was 95 .5 % .
