摘要
采用反向高效液相色谱技术 ,以 Lichrosorb C1 8作固定相 ,CH3 OH/H2 O作流动相 ,示差检测器检测 ,测定布罗波尔含量 .方法快速。
In this paper,Bronopol was analyzed quantificationally with high performance liquid chromatogmaphy.Samples were injected into a column of Lichrosorb C18,with water/methanol as mobile phase and RI detection.The method was rapid,simple,accurate and has satisfactory results.
