WTO框架下我国传统农区农业结构调整

Strategical Readjustment for Agricultural Structure in Traditional Agricultural Region of China under WTO Rules

传统农区是我国粮棉油等大宗农产品主产区 ,也是入世后挑战多于机遇的地区 ,农业发展面临国内农产品销售困难和进口农产品冲击的双重考验。本文在分析农业发展的内外部环境条件、农业结构变化、结构调整难点的基础上 ,提出了新阶段我国传统农区农业结构调整的思路、重点与政策选择。

The traditional agricultural region of China,which is as major production regions of cereal and cotton,has more challenge than opportunity after the entry of China to WTO.Surplus of agricultural products at home and entry of agicultural products at abroad forms two binding factors of the development of Agriculture in this region.This article probed into the ideas and emphasis of the strategy to restructure agriculture industry based on analysis of the traits of natural resources and environment for agriculture development,condition of the evolving agricultural structure and difficulty of restructuring.
