摘要
通过对巴西彩龟血细胞的显微观察 ,其血细胞可分为红细胞、嗜中性粒细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞和凝血细胞。研究发现 ,巴西彩龟的红细胞体积较大 ,表明其运载氧气和二氧化碳的能力较强 ;白细胞数目较多 ,提示其有较强的免疫力。
By observing Trachemys seripta blood cells, they are divided into the following types, erythrocyte, neutrophil granulocyte, eosinophil gramulocyte, basophil granulocyte, monocyte, lymphocyte and thrombocyte. Studies show red cells of Trachemys scripta are obviously bigger, which reveals they carry O 2 and CO 2 more easily. The number of white cells is more than others, which appears their immunity is stronger.
