摘要
自我评定是评价质量管理体系、改进组织整体业绩的一种有效方法。文章就2000版ISO9000标准中关于自我评定的目的、特点、程序、内容及分级方法作了介绍和阐述。
Self-evaluation is an effective method to evaluate quality management system and improve achievement for an organization.The objective, characteristies, schedule,contents and methods of self-evaluation which are described in ISO 9000:2000 are analyzed and expounded in the article.
