摘要
汪曾祺文学创作中谈"吃"者甚众,尤钟情于淮扬美食。作为一个整体,汪曾祺的文学创作,暗合了淮扬美食文化的诸多方面。从中,我们不难体会汪氏作品所蕴含淮扬美食之地方特色、风土人情、审美趣味等丰厚文化内涵。
Much description in Wang Zengqi's literary works has been contributed to 'eating'. Especially he was deeply in love of Huaiyang delicious food. As a whole, the literary works of Wang Zengqi unconsciously involved quite a few aspects of Huaiyang food culture. From them it is not hard for us to appreciate the deep cultural connotation, such as the local features, local conditions and customs, aesthetic interest and sentiment of Huaiyang cuisine and so on, held in store of Wang's works.
