The Military Should Create Modernized Sustenance Support Mode

现有的军队饮食保障模式已经不能适应我军现代化建设和现代战争的要求。军队饮食保障近几年改革的理论和实践表明:只进行局部的、低层次的改革,很难提高军队的饮食保障效率。随着科技强军战略的实施,我军饮食保障急需一种全新的、高层次的集约化保障体系,需要工业化的生产手段,并建立现代化的饮食保障模式。

The existing military sustenance support mode has no longer been adaptable to the requirements of modernization construction and the war in modern times. According to the reformative theory and practice of the military sustenance support in the last few years, if we only carry out partial and low\|level reform, it will be hard to improve the efficiency of the military sustenance support. With the implementation of the strategy of strengthening the troops depending on science and technology, the military food support starves for a sort of completely new and upscale intensive support system and an industrialized productive means so as to establish a modernized sustenance support mode.
