通过对纺纱工序中棉结、短绒产生规律的分析 ,进一步研究了清梳联工序对棉结、短绒的影响 ,用分梳度理论阐明了清梳联工序中棉结、短绒的成因和控制办法 ,提出了清梳联工序有效控制棉结。

The generation regular of neps and short fiber in spinning processes is analyzed, the influences of blowing carding process on neps and short fiber are further studied. Based on the carding theory, the cause and control measures of neps and short fiber in blowing carding process are analyzed, and the effective measures to control the neps and short fiber are put forward.
