摘要
纱线毛羽直接影响织机的织造效率 ,为了降低纯涤纶纱及高比例涤纶混纺纱毛羽 ,通过对纺纱过程进行分析和对毛羽的测试比较 ,发现纤维的细度、纤维的梳理与伸直度、梳理隔距、粗纱的定量与加压、细纱纺纱三角区纤维的状态、钢领及钢丝圈的型号、槽筒的防静电性能、络纱张力及络纱速度对纯涤纶纱及高比例涤纶混纺纱毛羽影响显著 。
The yarn hairiness can directly affect the weaving efficiency, in order to decrease the hairiness of polyester yarn and blended yarn of high polyester content, the spinning processes are analyzed and the hairiness is tested. The comparisons show that the hairiness is significantly influenced by fiber fineness, fiber carding and fiber straightness, carding gauge, roving weight per unit length and pressure, fiber condition in spinning triangular area, model of ring and traveler, antistatic capability of grooved drum, winding tension and speed, and the corresponding controlling measures are also put forward.
