硅胶吸附法精制天然维生素E的工艺研究

Research on Refining Process of Vitamin E by Silica Gel Adsorption

比旋光度是衡量维生素E产品质量的一项重要指标 ,如何改进工艺 ,提高维生素E产品的比旋光度是国内厂家面临的主要问题。本研究以试验为依据 ,利用硅胶吸附法精制天然维生素E浓缩物 ,主要对硅胶用量、吸附时间、解吸条件和硅胶回收等工艺条件进行了研究。结果表明 ,经硅胶吸附法处理的维生素E产品的比旋光度可以达到美国FCC的标准。

Specific rotation is an important index to the quality of vitamin E,and how to improve processes to get products with higher specific rotation is urgent for manufacturers nowadays.In this paper,the optimum parameters for vitamin E refinement by using silica gel adsorption process,such as dosage of silica gel,adsorption time,desorption conditions,and recycle of silica gel,were investigated based on a series of experiments.The results showed that the specific rotation of vitamin E obtained through the silica gel adsorption process can meet the requirements of FCC.
