案例分析已日益成为许多管理类课程教学的必要手段 ,案例法教学的效果与教师的作用密切相关。本文从案例课前教师对学生的指导和案例课中教师的角色扮演及其对学生案例分析成绩的评定等三个方面 ,分析了教师在管理类课程案例教学中的作用。

Case studies are becoming a popular approach to the teaching of management courses. The effect of this approach is closely related to the function of the teacher. This article presents an analysis of the teachers function in a case study course of management from three aspects-the teachers advisement prior to a class, his role during a class, and his grading of the students study reports.
