静脉穿刺两种拔针法对兔耳血管损伤的形态学观察

MORPHOLOGICAL OBSERVATION ON VENULAR INJURY INDUCED BY TWO METHODS OF NEEDLE-WITHDRAWAL IN VENIPUNCTURE OF RABBITS' EAR

本文选用44只家兔进行耳缘静脉穿刺,观察两种拔针法对兔耳血管的损伤性改变。结果表明,新法拔针的病理变化均明显轻于旧法拔针,从而为临床应用和推广新法拔针技术提供了客观的病理学依据。

The ear edge venular iniurious changes of 44 rabbits induced by two methods of needle-withdrawal after venipuncture were observed and compared. The pathological changes caused by the new method (quick pulling out the needle and then pressing the wound with a cotton stick) were significantly lighter than those caused by the old conventional method (pulling out the needle under the pressing of a cotton stick). This result provides pathological basis for the popularization of the clinical application of this new needle-withdra walmethod of venipuncture.
