摘要
林煌天等所编<中国翻译词典>的出版,为中国翻译学的建设作出了贡献,对中国翻译界意义重大,但还存在一些不成熟之处,大略说来有这样一些问题:1)校对欠精;2)例句失当;3)表述欠妥;4)自相矛盾;5)任务过重;6)基本概念有问题;7)体例问题,包括有些词条可有可无,有些词条不成熟,倚轻倚重等.
Embodying the accomplishments of China's translation studies in the last few decades, A Companion for Chinese Translators as compiled by Lin Huangtian et al. also betrays immaturity in some aspects: 1) factual, spelling, and other editorial errors; 2) poor examples; 3) stylistic improprieties; 4) contradicting points of view; 5) improper tasks; 6) problems in the basic translation concepts; 7) problematic entries, including ones that are not necessary, ones that are immature, and places that contain imbalance in entry selection.
