摘要
本文通过提倡实行'英语交际应用教学'和'综合教学法',转变和破除语言习得的传统旧观念,结合教学实践,坚持'以学生为中心'的主题教学模式,使学生积极参与教学实践,变消极接受者为积极参与者,最终达到培养学生应用英语进行社会交际和专业学习能力的目的.
This paper will focus on an evaluation of the college English communicative and applied teaching approach, esp. placing emphasis on the learner-centered approach instead of the teacher-centered approach so as to stimulate the students'motivation and initiative in English study and class activities.
