摘要
应用国产简易动态心电图(DCG)仪检查冠心病109例、心肌炎55例和其他心血管病60例.检出各种心律失常421例次和S-T段压低88例,同期心电图分别只检出31例次和20例,两者均有显著差异性(P<0.01),对DCG中发现的心律失常、心率变化和S-T段变化,结合病情进行动态分析,并讨论心律失常尤其是过早搏动的临床价值和S-T段改变的机理,证实简易DCG仪能实现DCG基本功能,具有推广应用价值.
Simple dynamic electrocardiograph made in China has been used to mornitor 109 cases with coronary heart disease, 55 cases with myocarditis and 60 cases with other heart diseases. There is a total of 421 times of arrhythmias and 88 cases with depressed S-T segment found in DCG in this group; but only 31 times and 20 cases found in ECG during the same period in the same group. Their difference is highly significant (P<0.01). The changes in the arrhythmias, heart rate and S-T segment are analysed clinically. The clinical significance of arrhythmias, especially premature beat, and the mechanism of the depressed S-T segment are discussed. It is proved that the main functions of the simple dynamic electrocardiograph are the same as the sophisticated one. It is worth popularizing.
