Study of Evaluation Technology of Business Process Modeling Methods

经营过程的分析、设计和实施离不开建模方法的支持 ,如何在当前流行的多种过程建模方法中选择合适的方法 ,是实施BPR、ERP项目的一个关键问题。本文在总结工程实践经验教训的基础上 ,提出了一种过程建模方法的评价体系 ;基于这一体系对现有流行过程建模方法进行评价 ;将模糊综合评价方法应用于过程建模方法的评价 ,并在某企业CIMS工程项目中得到验证。

Models play a key role in business process design, analysis, and implementation. There are several kinds of process modeling methods including IDEF3, eEPC, RAD, DFD, etc. How to select an appropriate one is an important issue in BPR and ERP project implementations. This paper proposes a business process modeling methods evaluation framework as well as a fuzzy integrated evaluation method. Based on this framework, the popular business process modeling methods are evaluated and an application example about this evaluation technology is used as illustration.
