Developing Integrated CAPP System Based on PDM Platform

为开发离心泵集成化CAPP软件 ,给出了PDM集成框架和集成化CAPP的体系结构。以IMAN为集成平台 ,实现工艺设计信息与工艺管理信息的通讯 ,保证产品工艺信息的完整性和一致性 ,实现产品工艺信息的共享 ,并确保了CAPP与其他CIMS分系统之间的集成。

This paper introduces the integrated frame of the PDM and CAPP architecture for the development of CAPP software system of centrifugal pump. Based on the IMAN integrated platform,the communication of the process design information and process management information are realized. The integrity and uniformity of the product process information are assured, the product process information is shared and the seamless integration of CAPP and other systems(MIS,MRPII etc)is realized.
