摘要
基于可拓集合理论 ,研究当相对重要性程度不确定时 ,如何构造 AHP判断矩阵的方法 ,提出满足判断矩阵一致性的可拓层次分析法。将其应用到我国某地区供电网扩展规划的实际决策问题中 ,取得了满意的结果。
The Extension AHP based on the extension sets theory and the dependent function has been proposed in this paper. The method of constructing the extension interval number judgement matrix has been researched, considering the consistency of the matrix. The application of EAHP in the program evaluating in the decision of an actual power network planning shows that the EAHP is effective.
