摘要
论述了如何在地理信息系统环境下集成实时交通数据,开发可交互系统。开发的目的主要有两点:1.充分利用数据库功能,增强当前交通监控系统能力;2.开发可视化智能分析工具,充分发挥当前交通监控系统的能力。文中分析了系统动态实时交通数据的数据库环境,讨论了交通数据实时融合、集中在GIS应用中的数据接口模块,并从时空两方面提供可视化和智能分析工具。为了便于分析,文章以北京交通管理局的地理信息系统开发为例。
This paper describes the development of an inter-operable system for the integration of real-time traffic data within a geographic information system(GIS).The aim of our project is twofold:1.to improve current capabilities of traffic monitoring systems in terms of database functions;and2.to explore analysis tools based on the visualisation and anima-tion of traffic conditions within an urban network.This paper persents the computing and geographical data environments of this inter-operable system.Traffic data are integrated and aggregated on a real-time basis.A pre-processor acts as a data integrator for the traffic GIS application.Complementary levels of abstraction are used for the spatial and temporal dimensions.Interactive visualisation and animation tasks are developed using both spatial or thematic views.
