烛式过滤机技术在啤酒生产中的应用

介绍了烛式过滤机的结构、操作原理、特性和在滤管表面涂敷的预滤膜--硅藻土。烛式过滤机是一种新型的过滤机,采取在烛式滤管表面涂敷预滤膜(硅藻土)和在过滤机内加压进行过滤的方式,具有较高的分离精度,能从啤酒中分离出酵母菌、胶体沉淀物,生产出清澈透明的啤酒。

Abstract In the paper the structure,operation principle,characters of the candle filter and its pre-coat film(diatomite)are introduced.The candle filter is a new type of filter,which has a hig h separation precision and can separate the yeast and jelly sediment from beer by candle filter tubes pre-coat with diatomite and by pressure filtration,to produce clear beer.
