摘要
采用烤烟盆栽和大田试验相结合的方法,进行了腐殖酸对土壤环境和烤烟矿质营养影响的研究。试验结果表明,腐殖酸可在一定程度上降低土壤pH值;增加土壤有机质含量2.68%~18.70%;土壤中的蔗糖酶和磷酸酶活性分别提高6.03%~51.87%和1.99%~22.93%,土壤营养状况随之改善。在一定用量腐殖酸的作用下,烤烟体内的矿质营养得到改善,烤后烟叶的磷、钾、硼、镁、锌等矿质元素含量比对照都有所提高,腐殖酸可明显提高烤烟上等烟比例、单叶重、产量和产值,使烟叶内在化学成分更趋协调,各项品质指标更趋合理。烤烟生产中,腐殖酸最适用量为120kg/hm2。
The plot and field experiments were conducted to study the effect of humic acid on the soil environ-ment and mineral nutrition of flue-cured tobacco.The results indicated that humic acid can reduce pH val-ue in soil,increase the content of organic matter up to2.68-18.70percents,and improve the activity of saccharase and phosphatase in soil up to6.03-51.87and1.99-22.93percents respectively.Thus,the soil nutrition condition is improved.Absorbing ability to mineral materials of flue-cured tobacco is improved by the action of the certain amount humic acid.The mineral materials of flued-cured tobacco leaves such as P 2 O 5 ,K 2 O,B,Mg ,Zn are also more increased than the control.Humic acid can also improve the ratio of the superior class,unit leave weight ,output value and yield of cured leaves.Furthermore,the important chemical elements of tobacco leaves are better matched and all quality indexes are more reasonable in cured leaves of the humic acid treatment .The optimum amount of humic acid used in flue-cured tobacco planting is120kg /hm 2 .
