摘要
当今社会转型的基本特征要求教师切实转变自己的角色定位 ,即从教学模式的执行者转变为教学智慧的创造者 ,由单一的知识传授者转变为知识的批判性分析者 ,由管理者转变为引导者、合作者、协助者。在这种转变中 ,校本培训发挥着引导、加速、强化等一系列作用 ,它通过诊断、对策、计划、实施、反思等环节 ,促使教师持续不断地反思探究自身的行为 ,逐渐实现角色的转变。
The basic characteristic of social change was to call for the change of teacher's role orientation from the executor of the teaching model to the creator of the teaching wisdom, from the mono initiator of knowledge to the critical analyzer, from the administrator to the cooperator. In school training played the role of guidance, accelerator and enforcement. It helped teachers to change their roles gradually.
