摘要
传统课程管理是一种自上而下的管理,相对于自组织管理的自主与开放,他组织体现出控制性与封闭性的弊端,导致了课程实施缺乏动态性和灵活性。为了提高课程的实效性,课程管理应从他组织走向自组织。
The traditional curriculum management is top-down in the form,relative to the self-autonomy and openness of self-organization management,the other-organization has the shortcomings of being controlled and closed.Just because of these shortcomings,the traditional curriculum management is short of dynamic and flexible features.In order to improve the effectiveness of curriculum,we should change the form of management from other-organization to self-organization.
