摘要
本文研究了教师对创造性学生的态度,方法是让教师对4个虚构的学生简介做出反应。这4个学生分别是:高创造性男生、高创造性女生、低创造性男生和低创造性女生。根据这些简介,144名教师和133名大学生预测了每个学生有多大可能参与课堂的创造性行为和破坏性行为。结果表明,比起大学生,教师更显著地认为创造性学生比一般学生破坏性更强。另一个重要结论是,教师和大学生都认为低创造性女孩的创造性高于低创造性的男孩。这说明,教师对男孩和女孩的创造性有不同的评价。
In this paper,the attitude of teachers to the creative students was researched.Teachers responded their attitude to the introduction of four fictitious students.These four students were:a high creative boy,a high creativity girl,a low creativity boy and a low creative girl.According to the introductions,144 teachers and 133 university students predict how each student may be involved in the creative act and disruptive classroom behavior.The results showed that the teachers thought that the destructiveness of the creative children was stronger than the general children.Another important conclusion is that the creativeness of the lower creative girls is higher than the lower creative boys,which stated that the teachers have different appraisals on the creativeness of boys and girls.
