新建本科院校应用型人才模式初探——以山东英才学院为例

The Training Mode of Application-oriented Talents in Newly Built Undergraduate Colleges——Take Shandong Yingcai University for Sample

高等教育的持续扩招和高校专业、课程体系设置与市场脱节等原因,造成目前我国高校毕业生的就业率不高,大学生就业成为困扰政府、企业、家庭和大学生自身的难题。本文以山东英才学院为例,从市场需求的角度出发,从夯实基础、抓好三个环节和做好三个保障等方面,探讨应用型人才培养模式,从而逐步缓解大学生就业难的问题。

Due to the continuous expansion of higher education and university specialty,curriculum system being disconnected from market and other reasons,resulting university graduates’ employment rate is not high in our country now,the employment of college students has become the problem perplexing government,enterprises,families and students themselves.This paper takes Shandong Yingcai University as an example,from the perspective of market demand to consolidate the foundation,grasp three aspects and secure three aspects to explore the training mode of application-oriented talents so as to ease the employment problem of University graduates.
