Survey on Expectation for Woman Master’s Self-development

本研究从女硕士生的自我期望着手,假设女硕士生今后较低的发展水平源于她们时下较低的自我发展之期望水平。通过对197位女硕士生的问卷调查,将呈现当今女硕士生对学业、事业、家庭的期望状况以及分析不同女硕士生群体间期望的差异性。

This study makes a start on woman masters’ self - expectation and makes an assumption that woman masters’ lower development in the future is due to their lower expectation for self-development in present days. Through the survey picked up from 197 woman masters, woman masters’ expectation for academic, career and family will be shown to us, meanwhile differences between woman master groups will be analyzed.
