克罗米芬对大鼠睾丸组织作用机理研究

摘要 2—3月龄wister雄性大鼠22只,随机分为克罗米芬组和对照组,分别每日灌胃枸橼酸克罗米芬或生理盐水。用药11天处死动物,测定其睾丸组织匀桨液中果糖和PHI,ACP和HAse的活性。结果表明,克罗米芬组的上述指标均明显高于对照纺,有显著或非常显著性差异。 22 male Wister rats ( 2-3 months old ) were divided into 2 groups: Clomiphene group andcontrol group . Clomiphenecitrate and 0.9% NaCl were given respectively for 11 days . The ratswere then killed . The fructose and the activity of PHI, ACP, and HAse in testicular hemogenatewere measured. We found that in Clomiphene group all parameters mentioned above -were muchhigher than .those in control group (P<0.05 and P< 0.01 )
