缩宫汤与益母草膏、益母草流浸膏对动物子宫平滑肌作用的比较

Comparision of Effects of Suo-Gong Decoction, Leonurus Liquid Extract and Leonurus Inspissant Extract on Animals Uterine Smooth Muscle

用对鼠在体和离体子宫肌作用的实验比较了缩宫汤、益母草膏、益母草流浸膏兴奋鼠子宫肌的作用。张力增加,对大鼠子宫肌以缩宫汤作用最强;对小鼠离体子宫肌,缩宫汤强于益母草流浸膏,与益母草膏相似。收缩幅度增强,对大鼠离体子宫肌以缩宫汤作用最强。对大鼠在体子宫肌,三药作用相似。收缩频率增快,对大鼠子宫肌,缩宫汤的作用明显大于其他二药,对小鼠子宫肌,三药作用相似。

The effects of Suo-Gong Decccticn ( uterrton:c) , Lecnurus Liqu:d Extrcct and Leonurus Inspissant Exts.’ct on rats and mice in vivo and vitro uterine smooth muscle were compared. On rats uterine muscle, Suo-Gcng Decccticu increased its torus ard frequency of contraction, and increased its force of contraction in vitro more than those of two preparations. On isolated mice uterine muscle, the three preparations liad similar effects on frequence of contraction. On tonus Suo-Gong Decccction had similar effects to Lcor.urus Inspissant Extract, and was more effective than that of Leonurus Liqu:d Extract.
