654—2治疗阵发性睡眠性血红蛋白尿疗效观察(附3例报告)

Observation of Curative Effect of PNH Treated by 654-2 (Attached 3 cases report)

本文报告了3例PNH患者应用654—2治疗后获显著效果。其中2例病程长达9年和13年,经各种治疗未能满意控制溶血,应用654—2治疗后短期内溶血即被控制,且治疗后经酸溶血处理过的血样标本中扫描电镜观察可见较多的PNH异常红细胞未被溶解,说明654—2对PNH异常红细胞有很好的稳定作用。3例病人已分别随访3年,5个月,目前病人情况良好,未有复发。应用654—2治疗PNH控制溶血发作具有疗效显著,附作用小,价格低廉等优点,可供临床推广。

The following article will report that 3 Patients of PNH treated by 654-2 got notable effect 2 of them, the suffering time being 9 and 13 years. Although they were treated by various remedies, the Haemolysis has been controlled satisfactorily. After being treated by 654-2 the haemolysis in short time has been controlled. Moreover, many abnormal red cells which have not been dissolved were found in the blood sample1 which was treated by acid haemolysis under the scanning electron microscope. The reason of PNH responded effectively to 654-2 will be the decrease of dropping membrance fat, and increase its stability, through changing the phase of membrance fat and increasing its mobility and antioxidation.
