The determination of grouping dimensions and deviations in grouping assembly

本文提出了分配时分组尺寸及公差确定的新方法———尺寸链计算法 ,给出了确定各组基本尺寸及偏差的计算公式 ,经实例验证 。

In this paper,a new method,the calculation of dimensional chains,is suggested to determine grouping dimensions and tolerances in grouping assembly,and the formula is also shown to determine essential dimensions and deviations in each group.By testing from an example,this method is practical and effective.
