Basign on some regulations executed in our country and Japan (e. g. 'The Design Regulation for the Steel made Petrochemical Pressure Vessel'-China; 'The Explanation and Calculation for the JIS Pressure Vessel'-Japan), this paper recommends a new method for the case strength of spinning box.
