摘要
安阳市高等教育发展水平与该市的综合地位相比，存在着规模不适应、层次不适应、结构不适应和毕业生素质不适应等问题，在一定程度上滞后和制约着安阳以及豫北地区社会和经济的发展。当前，高等教育面临着难得的发展机遇，安阳市要抓住有利时机，加强领导，统一规划，增加投入，加速推进高等教育事业的发展。
The level of higher education development in An yang do not agree with the comprehensive position in the following aspects: i ) the scope; ii ) the level; iii ) the structure and quality of the graduates, whi ch restrict and obstruct the social and economic development of Anyang, even nor thern Henan. Currently, Higher education is confronted with rare developing chan ce, therefore, it’s high time for Anyang to grasp the opportune time to accelera te the development of higher education by strengthening leading, making an compr ehensive plan and increasing input.
