The System of Phonetics,Phonology and Tones of the Accent of Puyang Henan

与普通话相对照，濮阳话在声韵调系统方面有许多自己的特点。声母23个；韵母 中除有普通话39个韵母外，增加了ｉɑｉ、üｏ、ｕê及一些鼻化元音韵母；声调则有4个 。濮阳话中体现最突出的则是它与普通话尽管在某些方面不一致，但声韵调系统中却有极强 的 对应规律性，了解了这种规律，可以帮助人们了解濮阳话的现状及发展，便于交流，同时也 有助于濮阳人自觉掌握其规律，更好更快地学习普通话。

In comparison with Chinese Putonghua, Puyang Acc ent has many characteristics of its own in the system of phonetics,phonology an d tones.There are 23 initials in it,and there are ｉɑｉ、üｏ and ｕê and nasa lized vowels in it besides the 39 finals of Putonghua,and there are 4 tones.Anot her outstarding characteristic is that though some aspects of it are inconsisten t with Putonghua,there is strong corresponding regularity in the system.Knowing this regularity helps us understand the present state and the development of it ,makes it easy to communicate and at the same time,helps the people of Puyang to study the regularity consciously and learn Putonghua better.
