摘要 用改进的离子选择电极的浓差电池法测定了在35℃,μ=0.16mol·L^(-1)KNO_3中氨基酸与铜(Ⅱ)配合物的组成和各级稳定常数,研究了配合物中线性自由能关系。 The stability constants of lgK_(cuL)and lgK_(cul2)coordination compounds formcd from some aminoacids have been determined by modified Electroiyte-Concentration Cell Meth- od at 35±0.1℃ in the presence of 0.16 mol,1^(-1) KNO_3. The linear free energy relations between the stability constant of coordination com- pounds and the base strength of the ligands have been investigated. In this paper, the experiment data using the △ E values of the difference of EMF of the Electrolyte-Concentration Cell have been calculated; they not only can measure the com- ponent and the each order stability constant of coordination compounds, but also eliminate the variated effectsof pH values of electrolyte on the potential Value of the Ion-Selective Electrode. The accuracy of the experiment results has been vaised.
