摘要
作为知识的一种特殊形式,学科教学知识是关乎教师有效教学、促进教师专业成长的关键因素。在幼儿园课程改革的背景下,从学科教学知识的视角来探究教师的专业发展,可以更有效地促进教师对整合课程的实施,更有助于教师关注和支持儿童的个体化学习。同时,通过改革教师职前培养的课程体系及其内容框架以及加强园本教研,可以进一步丰富幼儿园教师的学科教学知识。
As a special form of knowledge,Pedagogical Content Knowledge(PCK) plays a key role in teachers’ effective teaching and professional development.Under the background of kindergarten curriculum reform,a PCK perspective into teachers’ professional development helps advance the implement of integrated curriculum and urge teachers’ concern in and support of children’s individualized learning.Meanwhile,kindergarten teachers’ PCK can be enriched through reforming the system and content framework of the pre-service training curriculum and through consolidating kindergarten-based research.
