摘要
调查发现,虽然已在学前教育专业学习了一年,但是五年制免费男幼师生的专业认同感尚有待提高。在大规模招收男生后,幼儿师范院校可以考虑将男生独立编班,调整课程设置,为男生提供更适合其性别特点的学习内容,从而促使男生更加认同学前教育专业,毕业后乐于从事幼教工作,并且能够在工作中彰显性别特色,和女教师一起,致力于为幼儿的健康发展服务。
Investigations revealed that tuition-exempted boy students in the 5-year preschool teacher education program are in need of enhancing their professional identity despite that they had studied preschool education for one year before they joined this research.The school may consider grouping boy students in a class and adjust curriculum setup to offer gender-specific contents so that these students may develop their professional identity and work with pleasure and distinguished gender features in the kindergarten after graduation so as to support children’s development.
