摘要
混龄教育对于幼儿的社会性发展有独特的价值。本研究通过问卷调查以及观察、访谈,对混龄班幼儿的社会行为发展水平进行了考察。结果表明:编班方式和幼儿年龄在幼儿的亲社会行为发展上具有显著的交互效应,混龄班幼儿的亲社会行为发展水平明显优于同龄班幼儿,混龄班和同龄班幼儿在消极的社会行为方面差异不显著。在社会行为发展方面,混龄班幼儿也有其特殊的问题。对此,研究者提出要探索适宜的混龄活动组织方式,创设良好的环境,运用有效的教育方法,并指出要注重混龄班教师的专业发展。
Mixed-age education has special values to children’s social development.The researchers studied the children’s social development level in mixed-age classes through questionnaires,observation and interviews.The results indicated that classing method and pro-social behavior development were significantly interactive;pro-social behavior in children from mixed-age classes was apparently better than those from same-age classes;the two groups did not demonstrate significant difference in terms of negative behaviors.In terms of social behavior development,children in mixed-age classes showed specific problems.In view of that,the researchers proposes to find proper organization of mixed-age activities,establish positive environment and apply effective educational methods and meanwhile it is pointed out we should be more concerned about professional development of teachers in mixed-age classes.
