弱弹性流体纤维纺丝的数值模拟

摘要 运用刚杆分子模型模拟弱弹性流体的纺丝过程.计算结果表明:适于单轴拉伸流动时的取向函数可以加以扩充用于纺丝过程;刚杆分子模型能够预测弱弹性流体在纤维纺丝过程中流场变化的情况.原因是弱弹性流体所具有的微弱弹性使得这种流体的拉伸特性主要由分子的取向来决定. In this paper the rigid rod-like molecular model is used to model fiber spinning of weakly elastic fluids.The computed results show:the orientational distribution function of the uniaxial elongational flow can be extented to apply in fiber spinning ; the model based on rigid rod -like molecules is able to predict experimental results for fiber spinning of weakly elastic liquids , the reason for this is that the main factor which effects extensional properties of weakly elastic fluids is the orientation of the molecules when elasticity is weak.
