摘要
报导经辉光放电、电晕放电产生的低温等离子体处理的PET薄膜与环氧树脂间粘合牢度的改善情况.研究了不同频率电源激发的电晕放电对PET薄膜粘合性的影响.
In this paper,the adhesion of PET film which was treated by low temperature plasma is studied . The adhesion between treated PET film and epoxy resin has increased. The influence of the increase of adhesion of the PET film treated by corona discharge which is excited by different frequency source is also studied .
