摘要
本文介绍的 ODS 技术能够直接测量机械运转变形形态、它提供运动参数和机械故障的有用信息,作为评价机械动态性能的依根,亦可以指出修改机械结构优化的部分,以防止振动,早期失效和摩损等问题。文章通过三种纺纱锭子的动态性能 ODS 分析,摇架的 ODS 评价和细纱机主轴系统结构动态性能的 ODS 分析,证明了这种 ODS 技术具有试验简单,操作方便和计算比较精确的特点,而且利用 ODS 真实反映机械运动变形规律。尤其适用于稳态工作条件下的纺织机械动态性能评价。
The ODS technique recommended in this paper is characterized by the direct measurement of the mechanical deflection shapes under operation, which provide dynamic paramenters and useful information for trouble- shooting and is the basis to evaluate the dynamic properties of the mac- hine.They can also suggest the optimal configuration of the structure for further modification in order to prevent violent vibration,early fa- tigue and wear,etc. In this paper,by means of the ODS technique the dynamic behavior of three kinds of cotton ring spinning spindles and the pendulum arm of the textile machine are analyzed.The dynamic behavior of the spinning machine shaft system are evaluated.These examples all verify that the suggessed ODS technique possesses the advantages of simple experiment required,operation convenience and accurate results.Furthermore,it can reflect visually the deformation regularity of the mechanical vibra- tion.In particular,this technique is quite suitable to evaluate the dy- namic properties of the textile machines under the stable operating con- ditions.
