纯棉织物活性染料染色和整理一步法

One—Step Dyeing and Finishing of K—type Reactive Dyes on Cotton Fabrics

本文通过对纯棉织物用国产K型活性染料,染色整理一步法工艺探讨,证实了采用该工艺条件处理的纯棉织物,在颜色深度、干湿折皱角,撕破强力,断裂强度、摩擦牢度方面均较常规两步法工艺处理的效果有所提高,具有一定的实价值。

A combined dyeing and finishing treatment on scoured,bleached,and desized cotton fabric with the mixture of K-type active dye and DMDHEU by a pad-dry-baking process is reported.The results show that the color intensity.the dry crease recovery angle,wet crease recovery angle sile strength, break-down strength,the color fastness to rubbing and the and ten fixed reactive dye contents of fabrcs treated by the combined dyeing and finishing process are higher than that of common process of dyeing and finishing treatments separately.
