摘要
教学困难导致低效教学行为,阻碍教师专业成长。研究教师教学困难可以为完善师资培训、教学研究及教师教育体系提供咨询与指导,其目的是促进教师的专业发展与教学效能的提高。因此,在进行新一轮基础教育课程改革实验中,探讨教师教学困难的特征。表现形式、影响因素,分析不同个性教师的教学行为,对课程改革实验的健康推进更具有现实意义。
Teaching diffculites lead to low teaching efficiency and impede the progress of teachers' speciality as well.Research on teaching difficulties can provide advice and instructions to erfect teachers training,teaching research and teachers deucation system,the purpose of wich is to promote the development of teachers' speciality and to improve teaching efficacy.Therefore,during the course of the new reform experiment of the fundamental education curriculum,both the discussion of the characteristics,the expression form,and the influence elements of teaching diffculties,and the analysis of the teaching behaviors of different invividual teachers are of realistic significance to propel the transformation experiment of the curriculum healthfully.
