摘要
随着社会的发展,高师院校数学专业的人才培养一直倍受世人的关注,多元化的培养规格成为人们的共识。基于我国各高师院校在多元化培养人才的经验之下,我们采取如下策略进行探索:调整课程体系与内容;改变传统的教学方式与评价方式;提倡新的学习方式;注重实践。
With the development of society, people pay more and more attention to the talents' cultivation of mathematics and applied mathematics major in senior normal universities. This paper analyses the strategy of personnel culture in practice: adjusting course system and contents; changing the traditional teaching ways and learning styles; advocating new learning styles; laying stress on practice.
