高师音乐专业开展就业教育与创业教育的思考

在高师毕业生就业难的问题日趋严重,就业素质与创业能力不能适应社会需求的状况下,在高师教育体系中加强就业教育与创业教育已是形势发展的必然。本文从就业教育与创业教育的本质及相互关系,开展就业教育与创业教育的必要性,以及难点分析和实施建议等几个方面为切入点,对高师音乐专业开展就业教育与创业教育进行理性思考。
