摘要
针对地方院校定位与特色,分析了地方院校工科青年教师职业能力构成要素及相互关系,提出基于模块化设计的,以三类导师制为核心的工科青年教师职业能力培养与提升方案,分析各类能力间的相互关联与支撑,注重实施的可行性与效果评价的可测度性,为更有效地开展工科青年教师培养,提高地方院校教师综合能力与素质提供新的思路.
According to the aim and characteristics of local colleges and universities,we analyses the young teachers occupation ability elements and relationships in local colleges and universities; Young teachers occupation ability training and upgrading programme is proposed based on the modular design,with three class tutor system as the core.We also analys all kinds of the ability of mutual connection and support,pay attention to the evaluation of the feasibility and effect of the implementation of the measure,and provide new ideas to improve the comprehensive ability and quality of teachers in local colleges.
