多目标水资源系统的目标规划模型及解法探讨

The GP Model of Multiobjective Water Resource System and its Solving Method

本文建立了综合利用水库规划问题的多目标目标规划(GP)模型,利用水资源系统的特点,探索出了适合水资源系统 GP 模型求解的新方法一分级满足法,该法较 GP 的通用算法有较大的优越性。文中以云南省昭通渔洞水库的规划为算例,获得了满意结果。

In this paper,a multiobjective goal programming(GP)model has been constructed for the planning and management of mult-utilizde reservoir. A new algorithm,multi-level satisfying method,is presented to solve the complex water resources system GP model.It is proved that the new algorithm is superior than the ordinary algorithms.The model and the algorithm are used to solve the design and management problem of Yu Dong reservoir in Zao Tong,Yunnan Province,great number of decision messages are provided.
